Anse Mitan, Martinique.

Anse Mitan used to be one of Martinique's hot spot for cruisers. A small marina, a bar restaurant, and easy access to services and the ferry to Ft de France. Well, Omar's swell ripped of everything and these days, it is kind of gloomy … Remain the ruin of a dinghy dock, with this sign: No Parking, car exit. Doubting it could be true, and being the only "dock" the few boats still around all manage to land there. We left Dominica a bit in a hurry, as tropical Storm Ana was stubborn, refusing to listen to the forecasters and turn north. Dominica having NO protected harbor, we just headed south, keeping few miles extra between her and us.
