Les Saintes, Guadeloupe. After a night sailing the winward side of Dominica, Le Chepa is arriving in Les Saintes. Passing the Pain de sucre - litterally sugarbread, a basalt columns rock alike in Rio de Janeiro - the wind become instable, the sails fall, and I'm looking around tom an incredible, beautiful scenary. Les Saintes is a very small archipelagos of 2 main islands and 7 rocky cays, 10 miles off Guadeloupe, with a choatic nature, may be the most beautiful place Le Chepa took me to. In fact, I since learnt that Les Saintes is, accroding to the UNESCO, one of the three most beautiful bay in the world, along with the ones of Rio de Janeiro / Brazil and Along in Vietnam.
